脂肪乳联合地屈孕酮治疗主动免疫治疗不敏感封闭抗体阴性复发性流产患者的效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Intralipid combined with dydrogesterone in women with active immunization is not sensitive to recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by blocking antibody -negative.Method Sixty patients diagnosed as RSA with negative -blocking antibodies and active immunotherapied were not sensitive with three mounth,The patients were divided into the treatment group(34 patients)and control group(26 patients).The patients in treatment group were used Intralipid combined with dydrogesterone.The patients in control group were treated only with dydrogesterone.The pregnancy outcomes and adverse reac-tions were observed.Results In treatment group,the success pregnancy rate was 67.64%,and 23.07%in control group.There was significantly statistical difference between these two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion Intralipid combined with dydrogesterone treat-ment significantly improves pregnant outcome.%目的：探讨脂肪乳联合地屈孕酮治疗对主动免疫治疗不敏感的封闭抗体阴性复发性流产患者的效果观察。方法：将60例封闭抗体阴性，经过3个月主动免疫治疗封闭抗体仍未转阳的患者，按照患者意愿所选择的治疗方式将其分为脂肪乳组和安胎治疗组，脂肪乳治疗组（34例），用于脂肪乳注射液联合地屈孕酮治疗，安胎治疗组（26例）采用地屈孕酮等常规保胎治疗，对比两组的妊娠结局，治疗有效率和不良反应。结果：治疗组妊娠成功率为67.64％（23／34），显著高于对照组的妊娠成功23.07％（6／24），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：脂肪乳联合地屈孕酮治疗对主动免疫治疗不敏感的封闭抗体阴性导致复发性流产的妊娠成功率较高。
