Nrf2 signaling pathway is a major mechanism in the cellular defense against oxidative or electrophilic stress,which regulates series of detoxifying and antioxidant defense genes expression in the liver. The Nrf2 signaling pathway collectively exhibits diverse biological functions against viral hepatitis,alcoholic and nonalcoholic liver disease,fibrosis,and cancer via target gene expression. This review discusses the role of the Nrf2 pathway in liver pathophysiology and the potential application of Nrf2 as a therapeutic target of prevention and treatment of liver diseases.%Nrf2抗氧化通路是机体内最重要的抗氧化系统之一,通过调控抗氧化蛋白酶和Ⅱ相解毒酶基因的表达,增强机体内源性抗氧化能力。 Nrf2抗氧化通路通过诱导下游多种靶基因的表达,参与病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病和非酒精性肝病、肝纤维化、肝癌等疾病的病理生理过程。该文阐述Nrf2抗氧化通路在肝脏疾病发生发展过程中的作用机制,Nrf2可能成为防治肝脏疾病一个潜在的作用靶点。
