机油泵限压阀弹簧的设计与研究

摘要

With the rise of the engine speed, a surplus of flow rate is produced in oil pump at high speed, so the relief valve was necessarily mounted inside the oil pump under high speed and high oil pressure. The relief valve may guarantee that all parts needed to be lubricated wound not be destroyed, so it is＇one of the important parts. This paper gives a detail description about the function and design and also analysis in details on the influential factor of relief valve spring, providing a ref- erence to designers of I relief valve.%随着发动机转速的提高，机油泵的流量在高速状态下产生富余，为此在机油泵内部设计限压阀结构，机油泵限压阀保证了机油泵在高速时不致于因油压过大而对各用油部件造成损坏。限压阀弹簧是限压阀中最重要的零部件。通过对限压阀弹簧的功用以及设计过程进行具体的描述，并对影响限压阀弹簧的因素进行详细分析，为机油泵限压阀的设计人员提供参考。
