基于钢轨应变轮轨垂直作用力连续测量方法

         

摘要

Existing methods of measuring wheel-rail vertical force have disadvantages: short response range, blind zone and non-continuous. In the paper,strain responses of nodes on the neutral axis in rail model were calculated under moving vertical load. According to the variation of strain field, distance between sensor locations was extent to 400mm, and a continuous measure method of rail load was proposed. Then,an indoor loading test was carry out,the result of test has a same change law to the simulate calculation ' s which verifying the validity of proposed continuous measure method.%现有基于钢轨应变轮轨垂直力测量方法的响应范围小,测试点之间存在盲点,无法进行连续测量.文中仿真计算钢轨有限元模型在移动荷载作用下中性轴上节点应变响应.依据仿真结果将剪力法传感器布点间距扩大到了400mm,并结合剪力法与轨腰压缩法形成可以实现轮轨垂直力连续测量的方案.最后,通过室内实物加载试验得到了与仿真结果具有相同的变化规律,验证了连续测量方法的有效性.
