纤维淤胆性肝炎是由严重全身免疫抑制诱发的特殊病毒性肝炎,易发展为免疫抑制诱导性急性或亚急性肝衰竭.本文阐述了其病原学、发病机制、病理特征及治疗等方面的新进展.%Fibrosing cholestatic hepatitis (FCH) is a kind of special viral hepatitis induced by severe systemic immunosuppression, and has a great risk for developing to acute or subacute liver failure. This review focuses on the new development of etiology, pathogenesis, pathologic features and therapy of FCH.
