采用微波辅助SO42-TiO2/黏土固体酸提取稻草木质素,探讨了固体酸质量分数、微波处理时间、微波功率、液固质量比对木质素提取率的影响.结果表明,固体酸质量分数5.1％、微波处理时间51 min、微波功率388W、液固质量比10:1为较优的制备工艺.在该工艺条件下,木质素的提取率为70.15％,比相同工艺条件下常规提取法的提取率提高了21.62％.%Lignin was extracted from rice straw via microwave treatment with SO42~-TiO2/clay solid acid. The effects of mass fraction of solid acid, reaction time, microwave power and liquid-solid ratios on the lignin yield were discussed. The experimental results showed that the optimal condition was as follow, mass fraction of solid acid, 5.1%; Reaction time, 51 min; Microwave power, 388 W; And liquid-solid ratios, 10:1. Under this condition, the lignin yield could reach to 70.15%; Increased by 21.62% compared with that obtained by the conventional methods with the same condition.
