气相色谱法同时测定油脂食品中抗氧化剂BHA、BHT、TBHQ的含量

         

摘要

In this study,three antioxidants butylhydroxy anisd (BHA), butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT), and tertiary butylhy-droquinone (TBHQ) were extracted by acetonitrile from oils directly and analyzed by gas chromatography. The recoveries of three antioxidants ranged from 86.9% to 104.8%. The results showed that the detection limits of BHA,BHT and TBHQ were 2, 2 and 5 mg/kg,respectively. The relative standard deviations were from 2.5% to 3.2%. The linear ranges were from 1 to 200μg/mL,with their correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999. This method was simple, rapid and stable. It can be used for the fast determination of BHA,BHT and TBHQ in oil foods.%利用乙腈直接提取油脂中的丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)、二叔丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)和特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ),利用气相色谱法进行分析测定.结果表明,3种抗氧化剂加标回收率为86.9%~104.8%,BHA和BHT的最低检出限均为2 mg/kg,TBHQ的最低检出限为5 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.5%~3.2%,线性范围为1~200μg/mL,线性相关系数均大于0.999.该方法简便、快速、稳定、可靠,适用于油脂及含油脂食品中BHA、BHT和TBHQ的快速定量检测.
