该文以"文化三结构"理论为基础,以湖北省红安县祝楼村为研究对象,通过分析祝楼村制度文化、物质文化和精神文化的转变,提出祝楼村文化发展策略,即复兴山水文化和荆楚文化、挖掘红色文化、保留礼制文化遗存,并实现传统文化与工业文明、信息文明的融合.最后,提出以文化为导向的祝楼村规划策略,即以文化产业为龙头的功能片区划分、空间发展轴线的多元文化体现、传统文化中心的重塑与新文化中心的建立、传统建筑风貌保护及其空间的再利用、公众参与的现代乡村建筑营造.%First,we select Zhulou traditional village in Hubei Province as a case study in this article. Then,based on Culture Three Structure Theory that includes material culture,spiritual culture and system culture,we propose the cultural development strategies of Zhulou village. The strategies contain the recovery of landscape culture and Chu culture,the exploration of Red culture,the remains conservation of Confucian ritual culture,and the fusion of traditional and modern cultures. Finally,we put forward a series of culture oriented planning strategies, including division of functional areas by taking culture industry as the guide,multicultural embodiment of spatial development axis, reconstruction of traditional culture center and foundation of modern culture center,protection and reuse of traditional architectures,and modern rural construction under public participation.
