There are regular pattern and particularity in the medical education .To mobilize the teacher's enthusiasm will play a great role in promoting the quality of medical education .Factors affecting teacher's enthusi-asm include education system , teaching awareness and human resources , so the incentives should be given in these fields.%医学教育既有教育的普遍规律，又有其特殊性。充分调动医学教育一线教师教学的积极性，对提高医学教育质量将起到极大的推进作用。影响医学院校教师教学积极性的因素包括：制度、教学意识及人力资源三方面。因此，激励措施包括：改进教学制度、加强教师培训、改善薪金制度。
