英国医学教育者专业标准概况与启示

摘要

“Professional Standards of the UK Medical Educators 2012” is an important text for the profes-sional development of medical teachers.This study described the standard-setting body, background, main con-tents of the Professional Standards and compared it with professional competence requirements for medical teachers in China so as to provide enlightenment to Chinese medical educators professional standards.%英国医学教育者专业标准是促进医学教师专业发展的重要文本，文章对标准制定机构、产生背景、主要内容进行介绍，并与我国的医学教师专业能力要求进行对比分析，期望为我国医学教师专业标准的制定工作提供借鉴。
