聚酯纤维对TPS改性沥青及其混合料抗裂性能的影响

             

摘要

为了提高TPS改性沥青排水性混合料低温和疲劳性抗裂性,通过拉伸试验、BBR、和SCB疲劳试验分析了2%~5%聚酯纤维掺量对TPS改性沥青及其排水性混合料性能的改善作用.试验结果表明:聚酯纤维的加入显著改善了TPS改性沥青及排水性沥青混合料的低温和疲劳抗裂性,且随着聚酯纤维掺量的增加,普通TPS改性沥青混合料的抗裂性呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,在4%聚酯纤维掺量时,TPS改性混合料的抗裂性出现峰值,并基于复合改性沥青胶浆和SCB试件破坏界面扫描电镜试验,揭示了聚酯纤维对TPS改性沥青混合料的影响机理.%In order to improve the low temperature and fatigue crack resistance capability of TPS modified drainage asphalt mixture,various tests including tensile,BBR,and SCB fatigue test were carried out for TPS modified asphalt and its mixture under 2%~5% polyester fiber levels by mass.The results showed that:the addition of polyester fiber improved low temperature and fatigue crack resistance of TPS modified asphalt and porous asphalt mix significantly,and with polyester fiber content increasing,Ordinary TPS modified the cracking resistance of asphalt mixture is the change trend of first increases and then decreases,When 4% polyester fiber content,the crack resistance of the TPS modified mixture occurrence peak,and based on the compound modified asphalt mortar and SCB specimen damage interface scanning electron microscopy(sem)test,reveals the polyester fiber,the influence mechanism of TPS modified asphalt mixture.
