顶岗实习质量评估问题的思考

摘要

There are mainly two big problems of the assessment of the quality of post practice, namely the lack of external evaluation and failure of internal assessment. The problems' roots are that the influence of traditional vocational education quality assessment model, the quality deviation of post practice and the deviation of the government' s position. There are lots of solutions: the innovation of concept of quality evaluation, the establishment of an effective government intervention and exit mechanism and social agency participation mechanism, and optimization the internal evaluation system in order to ensure the quality of post practice and improve the quality of talent cultivation.%顶岗实习质量评估主要存在两项问题,即外部评估的缺失和内部评估的失灵。问题根源在于传统职教质量评估模式的影响,顶岗实习质量观的偏差,政府对质量定位的偏差,其解决办法包括创新顶岗实习质量评估理念和质量观,建立有效的政府介入、退出机制和社会力量参与机制,优化内部评估体系,以确保顶岗实习质量评估的实效,提升职教人才培养质量。
