摘要

The topological structure of a given process completely specifies the 1/N dependence. However, dynamics seems to be crucial in characterizing strongly interacting reactions, as illustrated in the study of elastic scattering, low mass diffraction and the triple pomeron mechanism. The ''1/N dual unitarization'' scheme is a viable framework for Gribov's Reggeon field theory, since it clarifies and determines the bare parameters of Gribov's Lagrangian.
