皖北地区城际铁路建设必要性与客运量研究

摘要

Wanbei inter-city railway consists of Huaibei to Fuyang railway and Bo zhou to Bengbu railway,by which there is no need to make a detour to Xuzhou from the cities along the line like Huaibei to Yangtze River Delta.In this paper, necessity of building Wanbei inter-city railway is demonstrated from four aspects and the feasibility study and preliminary design are carried forward.The four aspects are:to push the urbanization process in Wanbei;to achieve sustainable economic development strategy of Anhui province;to build the Anhui inter-city railway network and to form a fast traffic circle of one to two hours;to satisfy transport demand of regional railway and to improve the railway network layout. Initial forecast is taken to the inter-city railway passenger volume in Wanbei area that provides design basis for the subsequent scheme and transportation organization.%皖北城际铁路由淮北至阜阳、亳州至蚌埠两条铁路线组成，其建设可改变沿线淮北等城市去往长江三角洲地区需绕行徐州的问题。文章从推动皖北地区城镇化进程；实现安徽省经济可持续发展战略；打造安徽省城际铁路网及形成1～2h快速交通圈，满足区域铁路运输需求与完善铁路网布局等四个方面论证了皖北城际铁路建设的必要性，推进可行性研究及初步设计等工作的进行。并针对皖北地区城际铁路客运量进行了初步预测，为后续开行方案、运输组织等工作提供设计基础与依据。
