白念珠菌细胞壁β-葡聚糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响

     

摘要

Objective To study the effect of β-glucan extracts from the cell wall of Candida albicans on immunosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide ( CTX).Methods The immunosuppressive model was established by intraperitoneal injection of CTX.Three kinds of β-glucan were extracted from the cell wall of Candida albicans.The effects of p5-glucan on leukocytes were studied by cell counting and histopathological observation.Results Compared with the control group, three kinds of Candida albicans β-glucan raised the number of leukocytes, neutrophilic granulocytes and monocytes in the peripheral blood.The spleen index in all groups was increased, and so was megakaryocyte in spleen and marrow.Conclusion Candida albicans β-glucan, specially insoluble β-glucans is a kind of promising immunomodulator that can increase the leukocyte counts in the peripheral blood.%目的 研究白念珠菌细胞壁β-葡聚糖对免疫低下小鼠的保护作用.方法 采用环磷酰胺建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,将3种白念珠菌细胞壁β-葡聚糖经尾静脉注入小鼠,观察各组小鼠免疫功能改变.结果 与对照组比较,3种β-葡聚糖均能升高小鼠外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞和单核细胞数,不溶性β-葡聚糖作用更明显.结论 白念珠菌β-葡聚糖能显著升高免疫抑制小鼠外周血白细胞.
