微波消解-微分电位溶出法同时测定面制食品中铅、镉含量

摘要

采用微波消解-微分电位溶出法对面制食品中铅、镉进行同时测定.结果显示铅和镉同时测定的线性范围分别为0～32 ng和0～16 ng，回收率为92．5%～106．2％，相对标准偏差为2．8％和1．7％.%The microwave digestion-differential potentiometric stripping method is used for simultaneous determination on lead and cadmium in flour food. The linearity ranges of lead and cadmium determinations are 0~32 ng and 0~16 ng respectively. The recovery rate of lead and cadmium simultaneous determination is 92.5%~106.2%. And their relative standard deviation are 2.8%and 1.7%respectively.
