糖尿病老年住院患者运动疗法“知信行”的调查分析

摘要

Objective To understand the exercise therapy “Knowledge-attitude-practice” of elderly hospitalized patients with diabe-tes to provide the basis for clinical nursing health education.Methods Selecting 200 elderly patients with diabetes from October , 2013 to October, 2014, and adopting the self -designed questionnaire on the questionnaire survey , which includes sports know situation , sports attitude, sports behavior and so on.Results Exercise therapy witting rate of elderly hospitalized patients with diabetes was 97%.The rate of patients who attend exercise therapy was 56%, and 55%movement mode is given priority to walking.The movement time was >30 mi-nutes by 85%.70%rate of elderly patients didn′t know monitoring sports center rate.Conclusion Awareness of elderly hospitalized pa-tients with diabetes is high , sports attitude is ordinary , sports behavior effect isn′t good, and exercise self protection needs to be strength-ened.%目的：了解糖尿病老年住院患者对运动疗法的“知信行”情况，以便为临床护理健康教育提供依据。方法选取2013－10～2014－10我院200例糖尿病老年住院患者，采用自行设计的问卷对其进行问卷调查，内容包括运动知晓情况、运动态度情况、运动行为等。结果糖尿病老年住院患者运动疗法知晓率97％，已参加运动疗法56％，运动方式以散步、慢走为主55％，运动时间＞30 min 85％，70％老年患者不知道监测运动中心率。结论糖尿病老年住院患者的运动疗法知晓率高，运动态度一般，运动行为效果不佳，运动自我防护有待加强。
