瑞芬太尼呼吸抑制EC50与高强度聚焦超声热剂量的关系研究

     

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship between the respiratory depression of remifentanil EC50 and high-intensity focused ultrasound thermal dose. Methods Eighty-four patients with tumor were divided into four groups according to the different doses of HIFU used in the treatment (group A, group B, group C, group D), each with 21 cases. All the patients were given remifentanil and different doses of HIFU according to sequential method. Results The respiratory depression of remifentanil EC50 and 95% confidence intervals were 3.84(3.38~4.22)μg/L in grooup A, 3.99(3.43~ 4.57)μg/L in group B, 3.88(3.41~4.36)μg/L in group C, and 4.08(3.56~4.62)μg/L in group D. Conclusion Different thermal doses of HIFU result in different respiratory depression of remifentanil EC50 and 95% confidence intervals. The application of rational thermal doses of HIFU and corresponding range of remifentanil can lead to safe and effective analgesic effects.%目的 探索瑞芬太尼呼吸抑制EC50与高强度聚焦超声热剂量的关系.方法 选取于我院进行HIFU治疗的肿瘤患者84例,根据HIFU治疗热剂量的不同分为A、B、C、D四组,每组21例,每组按序贯给药法给予瑞芬太尼,并分别予以不同剂量的HIFU治疗.结果 四组瑞芬太尼呼吸抑制EC50及95%可信区间分别为3.84 (3.38~4.22) μg/L、3.99 (3.43~4.57) μg/L、3.88 (3.41~4.36) μg/L、4.08(3.56~4.62)μg/L.结论 不同热剂量的HIFU治疗,瑞芬太尼呼吸抑制的EC50及可信区间不同,合理选择HIFU治疗的热计量术并予以对应区间瑞芬太尼能够起到安全有效的镇痛效果.
