γδT细胞及其表达的趋化因子受体在疾病中的功能研究进展

摘要

γST cell is a kind of special type of immune cells, which plays an important role in the develop ment of a variety of diseases. Research shows that migration of y8 T cell to lesion site is due to γδ T cell's surface expression of chemokine receptor, which interacts with tissue or cell secretion of chemokine. In this paper, the relation ship between y5 T cells, its chemokine receptors, and disease biology was reviewed.%γδT细胞是一种特殊类型的免疫细胞,它在多种疾病的发生发展中发挥了重要作用.研究表明γδT细胞迁移到病变部位是由于γδT细胞表面表达的趋化因子受体与组织或细胞分泌的趋化因子相互作用.本文就γδT细胞、γδT细胞表达的几个趋化因子受体及其配体与疾病的生物学关系进行综述.
