食用植物油中酸价快速检测方法的研究

摘要

Acid value is a main quality index to judge whether vegetable oil is rancid. The visual method is a- dopted in the paper to decide whether acid value of edible vegetable oil is qualified. The national standard test method is used for contrast verification. This method is simple, rapid and accurate, which uses less testing reagent and can be applied on the spot to improve the detection efficiency.%酸价是判断植物油是否酸败的一个主要质量指标。文章采用目视法判定食用植物油中酸价是否合格，并用国家标准检验方法进行对比验证。该方法简便、快速、准确，同时检测试剂用量少，可实现现场检测，提高检测效率。
