试析新时期高校思想政治教师的素质要求

Ideological and political teachers should keep pace with the times, adjust themselves, to better carry out the ideological and political education work, and strive to make their students in a new period of talent, from these aspects are illustrated below.%在政治多元化、知识信息化、经济全球化的今天,做好人民满意的教育工作,提高整个民族的素质,是摆在新时期教师面前的首要任务。高校思想政治老师们也要紧跟时代的步伐,调整自己,使自己更好地进行思想政治教育工作,努力使自己的学生成为新时期的人才。下面从师德师风要高尚,奉献热情高、增强高校思想政治教师的业务素质以及综合素质、高校思想政治老师要具有开拓精神这几个方面进行了说明。
