PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a claim handling method, a claim responding method, a claim handling computer, a claim responding computer, a claim handling program, a claim responding program, and a computer-readable recording medium with those programs recorded therein, for enhancing the efficiency of computerized claim handling, and enhancing the efficiency of transmission and transfer of electronic mails concurrent therewith.;SOLUTION: This claim handling method has a stage for receiving claim data with a stated claim from a customer and recording the contents of the claim, a stage for transferring the claim data to an address predetermined so as to correspond to the contents of the claim, a stage for receiving a response mail with a response to the claim stated therein, a stage for recording the contents of the response mail in association with the contents recorded in the claim recording stage, and a stage for preparing a reply mail based on the contents of the response mail and transmitting the reply mail to the customer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
