基于辅导员视角的大学生就业指导实施途径浅谈

大学生能否在毕业后顺利就业、满意就业,关系到我国社会和个体家庭稳定快速发展。作为高校教师队伍和管理队伍重要组成部分的辅导员队伍,负有对学生进行就业指导的责任和使命。深化认识、创新思想、探索途径,积极开展大学生就业指导应成为高校辅导员的重要工作内容。%If students can successful get employment after graduation, satisfactory employment, is related to our society and individual families steady and rapid development. The counselors as an important part of university teachers and management team, which bears the responsibility and mission of the career guidance to students. To deepen understanding, innovative ideas, explore ways of active college students career guidance should be the important work of the college counselors.
