本研究运用问卷调查和面访的方法，调查了当前高等师范院校英语专业免费师范生就业愿景。通过统计分析调查问卷显示：总体上对该政策抱着积极的态度，但对就业前景有诸多顾虑。第一，免费师范生对政策的了解程度还不够；第二，当前英语专业免费师范生大部分期望在跨省就业、脱产考研和农村支教方面能放宽政策；第三，经济状况、工作环境以及个人发展空间是免费师范生考虑的重点；第四，对免费师范生违约和违约计入诚信档案争议大。最后，提出了可行性建议。%This study using questionnaire and interview, investigated the current English professional free normal students＇ career expectations in higher normal colleges. The results show： normal students have a positive attitude towards this policy in general, but they have many concerns with their employment vision. Firstly, free normal students didn＇t realize this policy clearly and comprehensively. Secondly, they expect that the government should relax the restrictions in those policies： trans- provincial employment, release from postgraduate education and assistance to improve schooling in backward areas. Thirdly, they focus more on their economic conditions, working environment and prospects of their personal development in future. Fourthly. there is a controversy over the default policy. Lastly, we nronose some feasible su~eestions.
