知识管理视角下的广西高职高专英语教师专业化发展研究

From the 1980s, the teacher specialization trend has influenced the direction of teacher professional development and teacher education. However, due to the economic development of the western region lags far behind the developed areas, either pos-session or distribution of educational resources aspects are unable to compete with the economically developed regions, Guangxi is no exception. To solve the Guangxi College English Teachers 'Professional Development existing problems, the authors summar-ize the research findings and learn about teacher professional development at home and abroad to explore countermeasures to pro-mote Guangxi College English teachers' professional development, aimed in providing Guangxi College English teaching reform teachers and related educational organizations regard the reference recommendations.%从20世纪80年代开始，教师专业化的思潮一直影响着教师职业和教师教育的发展方向。但是由于西部地区经济发展严重滞后于发达地区，无论是教育资源的分配还是占有方面均无法与经济发达地区相抗衡，广西也不例外。为解决目前广西高职高专英语教师专业化发展中存在的问题，作者借鉴和总结了国内外有关教师专业化发展的研究成果，探索促进广西高职高专英语教师专业化发展的对策，旨在为广西高职高专英语教师及相关教育组织机构提供教学改革方面的参考建议。
