辅导员工作中非语言表达的运用

辅导员是高校学生工作队伍的主干力量，担负着”引导、管理、教育“学生的重任，是学生成长成才的引路人。辅导员工作能力及方法运用既是一门技术也是一门艺术，非语言表达的运用是做好此项工作的基础和标杆。%Counselors are the backbone of the team's work force of college students, charged with the task of"guidance, management, education"of students, is a guide for students' growth and success. Counselors' working ability and me-thods use is not only a technical but also an art;the use of non-verbal expression is the basis and benchmarking of doing this work.
