如何充分展现教师的人格魅力引导小学生健康成长

笔者通过开展课题研究感悟到，教师的人格魅力是一种无形的力量，具有示范、熏陶、感召的作用，是引导学生健康成长最重要的辅助手段。教师可以通过自身宽容的爱心、美好的外在形象、渊博的知识、规范的言行以及浩然的正气所展现出来的人格魅力，引导小学生健康成长。%The author came to realize that by conducting research, teachers' charisma is an invisible force, with demonstra-tions, influence, inspires action, and is the most important adjunct to guide students to grow up healthy. Teachers can through their tolerance of love, good external image, profound knowledge, norms and noble deeds of righteousness exhibited charis-ma, and guide the healthy development of students.
