In this study, the effectiveness of teaching in PE class connotation to do the analysis and definition, and through practice, from"teachers' teaching"and"students' learning"two angles, choose from goal setting, methods, means optimiza-tion, organization and management, sports load, site equipment, classroom atmosphere, teaching evaluation eight aspects of sports made effective classroom teaching strategies, hoping for future initiate effective teaching PE class, lead us to explore new teaching journey.%本研究对体育课堂有效性教学的内涵做了分析和界定,并通过实践,从“教师的教”和“学生的学”两个角度,从目标设置、方法选择、手段优化、组织管理、运动负荷、场地器材、课堂氛围、教学评价等八个环节对体育课堂教学提出了有效策略,希望能为今后的体育课堂有效教学抛砖引玉,引导我们走向新的教学探索的征程。
