新时期高校艺术类辅导员工作创新研究

摘要

This paper analyzes the characteristics of students majored in art and the problems and difficulties in counselors' work. It also puts forward the innovation methods and concepts of counselors for art class in the new period. We should es-tablish the management idea based on students, combine theory with practice, create a good campus culture and atmosphere, and provide students with more practice opportunities, to improve students' comprehensive practical abilities.%本文分析了高校艺术类专业学生的特点以及辅导员工作中存在的问题和难点，并在此基础上提出了新时期艺术类辅导员工作的创新方法和理念，建立以学生为主的人本管理理念，理论与实践相结合，营造良好的校园文化氛围，并给学生提供更多实践锻炼的机会，提高学生的综合实践能力。
