学前教育师范生免费教育实施状况研究--基于陕西学前师范学院首届免费师范生的调查

摘要

Preschool education individual lifelong development and plays an irreplaceable role in improving the quality of people, but there are still many problems. Through investigation of students free, found that"weaker candidates registered for the correlation between motivation and family status"and"motivation of candidates one-sided","professional skills be-fore enrollment is weak","large differences in recognition of obligations"and so on.%学前教育对个体终身发展与国民素质提高有着不可替代的作用，但在幼教体系构建、财政投入总量、地域差异及资金分配的使用率方面仍然存在诸多问题。本文通过对省属师范院校陕西学前师范学院的首届学前教育专业免费师范生进行问卷调查，发现“报考动机与学生家庭状况相关性较弱”、“学生报考动机呈一边倒趋势”、“免费师范生入学前专业技能薄弱”、“对政策中的各项义务认可度存在较大差异”等问题。
