教育公平视野下自主招生对农村考生的影响

摘要

Self-enrollment is a major reform of personnel selection system. From the perspective of educational equity, the case reveals the current enrollment of rural students of our own in terms of operation, admission rules for rural students detrimental, leading to reduction in enrollment opportunities for rural students, in violation of the principle of fair education, and its deep-seated causes of the analysis, at the same time, make exploratory thinking to improve the self-enrollment system.%自主招生是我国人才选拔制度的一项重要改革。本文从教育公平角度出发，揭示当前情况下我国自主招生对农村学生在操作过程、录取规则等方面对农村学生不利，导致农村学生入学机会减少，违反教育公平原则，并对其深层次原因进行了剖析，同时，对自主招生制度的完善进行了探索性思考。
