高等教育大众化背景下青年领袖的培养途径

摘要

In the background of the popularization of higher education, the number of college students in China has risen sha-rply, but the whole society has shown a lack of"youth leaders". The in view of the present situation of the stage of the popu-larization of higher education in Colleges and universities"youth leader"training, and comprehensive international and do-mestic research results and their research results, respectively from the angle of universities, the nation and the people, put for-ward youth leadership training needs the attention of the government and the society, colleges and universities to train mech-anism, ways and direction of clear and perfect and personal accomplishment of youth is the improvement strategy to construct and perfect youth leadership training project such a very system and the complexity of the project.%在高等教育大众化的背景下，中国各高校培养的大学生人数急剧攀升，但整个社会却呈现出“青年领袖”人才匮乏的局面。本文针对高等教育大众化阶段高校“青年领袖”培养的现状，并综合国际国内研究结果和自身研究成果，分别从国家、高校、个人的角度，提出青年领袖的培养需要政府和社会的重视，高校培养机制、方式、方向的明确和完善以及青年个人素养全方面的提高等策略，来建构和完善青年领袖培养项目这样一项极具系统性和复杂性的工程。
