Developing a New Concept of Leadership and Teaching Methods and Programs for Leadership Education for Children and Youth Leaders

PURPOSE: A new concept of leader, an education method for educating the leadership of children and teenager, and the program development are provided to raise the temperament in order to conduct a role of leader well. CONSTITUTION: The education method comprises the 24 steps of education level, theme and program such as raising a dream, selecting a target, raising self-confidence, talking honestly, self-examining, praising a partner, advising a partner, appreciating, raising a feeing of achievement, listening other's words, attracting a partner, eagerly acting and so on. The education is performed by a leader lecture every week and a communication education through a telephone communication.
