高职学院外聘教师分类管理的改进与建议

The external teachers in higher vocational colleges are the important teachers in higher vocational colleges, which make up for the lack of the power of higher education teachers, improve the structure of teachers' power and improve the tea-ching level. Establishment of incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism, the improvement measures of the foreign tea-chers in vocational colleges are analyzed.
