浅析基层军官的领导力问题

摘要

当前改革的号角已经吹响，基层部队是军队各项政策措施落实的末端和关键，基层军官作为最直接的带兵干部，其领导力在一定程度上影响着基层的建设和发展。基层军官在领导力方面还存在的一些矛盾问题，文章对此进行了原因分析，提出了针对性的对策措施。%The reform has sounded the clarion call, the grass-roots units is forces the implementation of policies and measures and the end of key, junior officers as the most direct troops cadres, its leadership in a certain extent affects roots in the con-struction and development. There are some contradictions in the leadership of the grassroots officers, and this paper analyzed the reasons, and the countermeasures are put forward.
