改性ZrO2/Fe3 O4磁性纳米材料对蜂蜜中三种抗生素富集测定∗

         

摘要

Magnetite ZrO2/Fe3 O4 nanoparticles were prepared which were modified with Octadecyltrichlorosilane. The adsorbents were used to enrich oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline in treating solution of honey. The results demonstrated the adsorbents could be readily separated and recovered under external magnetic field. This method lowed the cost of pretreatment of sample, simplified the progress of pretreatment of sample.%合成了ZrO2/Fe3 O4纳米吸附材料并对其表面进行疏水改性,并对其进行表征。结果表明ZrO2已成功包覆在纳米Fe3 O4磁核且经过疏水改性后,具有较强的超顺磁性,可在外加磁场作用下实现从蜂蜜处理液中快速富集土霉素,四环素和金霉素。吸附在纳米材料上的抗生素经解吸附后进行色谱测定,而吸附剂可以循环利用。此种方法不仅节约了样品前处理成本,而且简化了前处理过程,在样品前处理领域具有广阔的应用前景。
