高校实验室人力资源管理现状探究

     

摘要

实验室管理,归根结底是人的管理.如何处理好人与物的关系,人与人的关系,成为一个高校实验室管理的核心问题.但由于实验教学一直被认为是理论教学和附属,使得实验室管理不被重视,问题越发的突出.只有引起结构性的重视,缩小实验课程与理论课程的差距,优化人力资源配置,加强管理团队建设,引进培养与激劢机制,建立"以人为本"的管理制度,整体提高岗位的吸引力与竞争性,才是解决问题的有效办法.%The management of the laboratory is the management of people.How to deal with the relationship between people and things,the relationship between people has become the core of university laboratory management.However,due to the experimental teaching considered as a subsidiary of theoretical teaching,laboratory management was not taken seriously,the problem was more prominent.Finding out the underlying causes of the problem,concerning structural,narrowing the experimental courses and theory courses gap,optimizing the allocation of human resources,strengthening the management team construction,introducing the training and incentive system,establishing a "people-oriented" management system,improving the overall attractiveness and competitive position,can be the effective way to solve the problem.
