The present invention discloses a smart personnel management system. More specifically, the present invention is an integrated smart HR system that links the weekly tasks of employees in a company to performance evaluation and provides an environment that enables management of all job activities including HR, attendance and work in an integrated system. It relates to a management system and a weekly work performance evaluation method using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, all job activities performed by employees within the company are recorded and managed in each system of the integrated smart personnel management platform according to the field, and status information for each industry and each job is provided based on the weekly work. In addition, by linking to performance evaluation through work processing analysis, it is possible to perform overall management of each employee's job activities and to receive evaluation of actual performance at the same time.
