PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human resources evaluation system which can make a proper and accurate evaluation of human resources efficiently and inexpensively without depending on specialists and also which can provide a quantitative and easily-understandable evaluation content.;SOLUTION: A human resources evaluation system 1 includes: an achievement report input unit 20 for inputting an achievement report of a subject of an evaluation; a language analysis unit 50 for performing a natural language analysis on the input report document and extracting words; a storage unit 60 for storing key words set in different manners to correspond to competency items; an action characteristics determination unit 70 for comparing the words extracted by the language analysis unit 50 and the key words stored in the storage unit 60 and conducting an action characteristics determination of the subject; and a human resources evaluation unit 80 for quantifying the degree of appearance of each competency item.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
