This paper expounds the design of hull lines, weight control and general layout, external ifre-ifghting system and electrical power system of ifre boat “Xiaolong 119” for Xiamen Port by focusing on the particular design concept of "goal design, energy conservation and environmental protection".%本文围绕着“目标设计、节能环保”的设计理念，针对厦门消防船设计过程中为实现预期设计目标而在船体线型、重量控制和总体布局、对外消防系统以及电力系统等几个关键领域所作的努力进行了详细描述。
