天人相应是中医学的理论基础和指导思想

摘要

This paper conc1uded that “correspondence of human body and natura1 environment”theory was the theoretica1 basis and guiding ideo1ogy of traditiona1 Chinese medicine ( TCM﹚ due to the fo11owing reasons: the etymo1ogy of “correspondence of human body and natura1 environment” theory, difference and connection between theory of“correspondence of human body and natura1 environment” and theory of “man was an integra1 part of nature”, theory of“correspondence of human body and natura1 envi-ronment” and ho1ism, demonstrations of young and o1d Chinese medicine scho1ars, modern scientific researches, and the convenience in understanding, inheritance and communication based on the confusion state of TCM guiding ideo1ogy descriptions such as “correspondence of human body and natura1 environment”,“man was an integra1 part of nature” and ho1ism.%针对有关中医学的理论基础和指导思想存在着“天人相应”“天人合一”和“整体观”表述上的混乱，从“天人相应”一语的语源，“天人相应”与“天人合一”的联系与区别，“天人相应”与整体观，新老中医药专家学者的论证，现代科学的研究，及便于当代理解、把握和传承、交津等几个方面出发，认为应把中医学的理论基础和指导思想表述为“天人相应”思想。
