比色法测定保鲜人参中人参总皂苷的含量

摘要

The fresh-keeping ginseng was extracted by soxhlet extraction with hot methanol reflux method, And then,The colorimetry method analysis was employed,The detected wavelength was 544 nm. Results indicated th;tt A good linear relationship was observed in the range of 20-120μg （r=0.9995）and averagerecovery rate was 107.86% with a relative standard deviation of 3.49%（n=5）. The content of total ginsenoside in the samples from Ji＇an city,Ji lin region was 3.91%,with 1.84% of RSD （n=3）.%目的采用索氏热回流提取保鲜人参中的人参总皂苷。方法香草醛一硫酸比色法测定保鲜人参中人参总皂苷的含量，检测波长544nm。结果索氏热回流提取可将保鲜人参中的人参总皂苷提取完全，在20-120μg（r=0．9995）范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为107．86％，BSD=3．49％（n=5）。测得样品中总皂苷含量为3．91％，RSD=I．84％（11=3）。结论该方法操作简便，稳定性和重现性较好，可用于保鲜人参中人参总皂苷的含量测定。
