基于贝叶斯网络的食品供应链风险评价研究

摘要

Every link of the food safety risk exists in the food supply chain especially the key link ,and it is a random variable. In this paper,based on the Bayesian Theory and Bayesian network,the risk of food supply chain is evaluated. It establishes an local risk analysis model of food supply chain based on the Bayesian network ,which can predict the risk. And at last,using a case to prove the feasibility of the algorithm.%食品安全风险存在于食品供应链的每一个环节尤其是关键环节之中，而每个环节的安全风险又是随机变量，因此本文基于贝叶斯理论，在贝叶斯网络的食品供应链风险分析的基础上，建立了基于贝叶斯网络的食品供应链风险局部分析模型，对其风险进行预测，并通过案例研究验证算法的可行性。
