透明食品供应链驱动机理探究

摘要

Transparent food supply chain helps to increase efficient delivery and sharing of food quality and safety information,reducing information asymmetry and opportunism behaviors. On the basis of theoretical study, the paper puts forward the driving forces model of transparent food supply chain,and demonstrates this model with 369 companies as the investigation objects. The research reveals that external pressure,performance improvement,consumers' willingness to pay and voluntariness have significant impact on the building of transparent food supply chain.%透明食品供应链有助于食品质量安全信息的有效传递与共享，减少信息不对称以及由此带来的机会主义行为。本文在理论研究的基础上提出了透明食品供应链驱动力模型，以369家企业为调研对象实证了该模型。研究发现，外部压力、绩效提升、消费者支付意愿、自愿性等驱动因素对透明食品供应链建设有显著的影响。
