采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)方法对4种基本香型的白酒挥发性成分提取,用气质联用法(GC-MS)对其中部分挥发性成分(M/Z≥50)进行分析.不同香型的白酒其总离子流图及检测出的物质种类与相对含量有明显区别.气质联用方法是对不同香型的白酒进行定性分析鉴别的有效方法.%The volatile components in four flavor types of white spirit were extracted by Headspace- Solid-Phase Microextraction and checked on GC-MS. The test results showed that there are significant differences between 4 types of liquor in the total ion chromatogram (TIC), the categories as well as the assay of volatile components. GC-MS analysis was a useful method to identify white spirit of different flavor type.
