Harvested 'Red Globe' grapes was treated by SO2 fumigation combined with four kinds of solid preservatives and stored at-1℃-0℃, the active oxygen metabolism of the fruits stored was investigated. The results showed that the combinations of SO2 with preservative paper maintained significantly higher levsls of peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities, effectively inhibited the increase of the production rate of superoxide anion radical (O2-·) and the contents of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), compared with the other three groups of treatments. Thereby prevented lipid membrane peroxidation and delayed the fruit senescence.%“红地球”葡萄果实分别用SO2气体处理结合4种固体保鲜剂处理,然后于-1℃~0℃贮藏,分析"红地球"果实在贮藏期间活性氧代谢的变化。结果表明:SO2气体处理结合新型保鲜纸处理较之其它3组处理,保持了更高的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,更有效地抑制了过氧化氢(H2O2)含量和超氧负离子自由基(O2-·)的生成速率的增加,从而减轻了膜脂过氧化,延缓了果实的衰老。
