蜂胶及其提取物对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖的作用

     

摘要

To study the effects of ethanol extract of Brazilian propolis (EEBP), ethanol extract of Chinese propolis (EECP), ethyl acetate extract of Chinese propolis (EAEP) and water extract of Chinese propolis (WEP) and the major constituents of propolis such as pinobanksin, caffeic acid benzyl ester, caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE), apigenin, pinocembrin, chrysin, galangin and luteolin on 3T3-L1 preadipocytes cells. the normal cultured 3T3-L1 preadipocytes cells were treated with different concentrations of EEBP, EECP, EAEP, WEP and various constituents for 24 h, respectively. The cell viability was measured by SRB method. The inhibitory proliferation effects of propolis and its various constituents on 3T3-L1 cell were differ-ent, and EECP, EAEP and caffeic acid phenylethyl ester(CAPE) had a stronger inhibition activity on 3T3-L1 cells. Propolis and its major constituents inhibit the proliferation of 3T3-L1 preadipocytes cells.%研究巴西蜂胶、中国蜂胶乙醇提取物,中国蜂胶乙酸乙酯及水提取物以及蜂胶中主要组分短叶松素、咖啡酸苄酯、咖啡酸苯乙酯、芹菜素、松属素、白杨素、高良姜素和木犀草素对3T3-L1前脂肪细胞的影响。采用正常培养的3T3-L1前脂肪细胞经不同浓度、不同提取方法得到的蜂胶及其主要组分分别处理24 h,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态,SRB法检测细胞存活率。蜂胶及其各种提取物抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞增殖效果各不相同,中国蜂胶、中国蜂胶乙酸乙酯提取物、咖啡酸苯乙酯抑制增殖尤为明显。蜂胶及其主要组分抑制3T3-L1前脂肪细胞的增殖。
