The method for simultaneously determining glucose, sucrose and maltose in rice wine by high perfor-mance liquid chromatography-refractive index detector method (HPLC-RID) was established. The separation was carried out on InertSustain NH2 amino column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm), mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(75:25), flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, sample size was 10μL, and column and detector temperature was 35 ℃. The glucose, sucrose and maltose were simultaneous separated under the optimized conditions within 10 minutes, the detection limit was 0.006 g/100 g, the results of precision test were 0.115 %,0.045 % and 0.220%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) of repetitive test were 0.670%,0.429%and 0.723%, and the results of spike recovery test were 99.65%,100.85%and 99.43%. Thus, HPLC-RID with the properties of ac-curate and reliable, and could be applied for the rapid analysis of carbohydrate in rice wine.%建立应用高效液相-示差折光法同时测定米酒中葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖含量的方法.结果表明当检测器为示差折光检测器,InertSustain NH2氨基色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相中乙腈和水的体积比为75:25,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量10μL,检测器和色谱柱温度均为35℃时,混标及米酒样品中的3种糖在10 min内均达到基线分离,最低检测限为0.006 g/100 g,精密性试验相对标准偏差值为0.115%、0.045%和0.220%,重复性试验相对标准偏差值为0.670%、0.429%和0.723%,平均回收率为99.65%、100.85%和99.43%.由此可见,高效液相-示差折光法结果准确可靠,适用于米酒中糖的快速分析.
