8种干制水产品中7种金属元素含量的检测分析

     

摘要

采用高压密闭微波消解与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法联用,测定8种干制水产品中的镉、铅、铜、铬、锌、铁、锰7种金属元素的含量.在优化的试验条件下,方法的回收率为90.2%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~3.9%,检出限为0.049~0.87 ng/mL.结果表明,该法简单、快捷、准确度和精密度高,适用于干制水产品中这7种金属元素含量的测定.%The elements of Cd, Pb, Cu. Cr, Zn, Fe and Mn in eight kinds of dried aquatic products were determined by the closed and high pressure microwave system and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry . Under the optimized working conditions of instrument, the average recoveries of seven elements ranged from 90. 2% to 104. 8%, the relative standard deviations ranged from 1. 1% to 3, 9% with the detection limits between 0. 049 ng/mL and 0.87 ng/mL. The results show that this method is simple, fast, high accuracy and precision , and suitable for determination of these elements in dried aquatic products.
