PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dried cooked rice cooked together with various ingredients, having an extremely lower content of oil which becomes a cause of excessive caloric intake, when compared with dried cooked rice cooked together with various ingredients, which is prepared by roasting and expanding steamed and dried rice to form roasted, expanded, and dried grilled rice and then frying the roasted, expanded, and dried grilled rice in a hot oil, and to provide a method for diluting and controlling the content of the oil in the expanded and dried grilled rice fried in the hot oil by using the roasted, expanded, and dried grilled rice.;SOLUTION: This dried boiled rice cooked together with the various ingredients is prepared by combining the roasted, expanded, and dried grilled rice which is prepared from the steamed and dried rice with dried granular ingredients of two or more kinds of ingredient raw materials, then filling a PET (polyethylene terephthalate)-bottle, a bag, or a can with the combined materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
